KATHMANDU: Standing Committee member of Unified CPN-Maoist Gopal Kirati on Sunday asked party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal to ensure a separate Kirat republic.  He said the right of self-determination of the Limbus should be  respected. Handing over a memorandum to Dahal, Kirati warned the  chairman of High Level Political Coordination Committee that Kirati  people would struggle for their freedom if not given an  autonomous Kirat republic. Kirati also demanded that Dahal address the  demands of agitating Madhesis Tharus through  amendment of the constitution.
