Kobra Bhutan Party warns refugees

Damak, January 22:

An organisation calling itself Kobra Bhutan Party has threatened to kill five Bhutanese refugees, including former camp secretary DP Pradhan, teacher Harisharan Nepal, Chandra Bahadur Raya and young refugees Kiran Subba and SK Subba for allegedly supporting third country resettlement.

The organisation issued the threat in pamphlets scattered near the Refugee Management Unit office at Beldangi-1, in Damak yesterday and today.

DSP of Armed Police Force base camp at Beldangi camp Rajkumar Lamichhane said police have launched a manhunt to search for those engaged in issuing threats.
