Lamjung, April 6

The Election Commission has appointed election officers for the local polls in consultation with the judiciary council in Lamjung.

There are four municipalities and the same number of rural municipalities in the district.

District judge Arjun Adhikari has been appointed the chief election officer of Beshisahar Municipality. Sundarbazaar Municipality executive officer Bhola Nath Guragain has been given the responsibility of election officer while Hut Raj Lamsal has been given the responsibility of election officer of Madhya Nepal Municipality. Under Secretary Sita Sharma has been appointed election officer at Rainas Municipality of the district.

Rajendra Prasad Poudel and Yadav Prasad Poudel have been appointed election officers at Beshisahar and Dordi municipalities respectively.
