PHIDIM: A four-day workshop on Limbu language and literature began in Phidim, the district headquarters of Panchthar on Friday.

It is claimed the workshop was first of its kind in the district.

As many as 100 writers across the country, Sikkim and Darjeeling participated in the event.

Coordinator Til Bikram Nembang of Panthare Limbu Shrasta Manch said the participants would present different papers on Nepali and Limbu language and literature.
