BHOJPUR: A nine years old boy was killed when a loader gun being played, fired in Ranibas, south of Bhojpur headquarters on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Rajaram Rai (9) of Devantar VDC-7 in Bhojpur.

Rai and his 14-years old elder brother Bharat Rai had come to visit their maternal home at Ranibas-3 in Diteni. The duo were playing with the loader gun they found at home. The gun fired accidentally, killing the younger Rai when the elder one was playing with the gun, informed District Police Office, Bhojpur.
