ILAM: Minister of State for Finance Udaya Shumsher Rana has said that the local levels should pay attention to increase their income sources as the local levels themselves were powerful from the recently held elections.

Addressing the first assembly of Rong Rural Municipality today, Rana suggested that the local levels should move ahead by bringing the long-term plans for their overall development.

On the occasion, Chairman of rong rural Municipality Shumsher Rai, Nepali Congress District President Himalaya Karmacharya, former lawmaker Tikaram Lapcha, leader Benupraj Prasain and others familiarised the State Minister for the problems in social, economic, physical and religious sectors in the rural municipality.
