Madhesi parties should unite, says RJP-N leader Yadav

Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal Presidium member and parliamentary member from Siraha Constituency-4 Raj Kishor Yadav toady said that Madhes-centric forces RJP-N and Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal should go for party unification.
Speaking at a programme organised in Siraha’s Lahan, Yadav stressed the need for the two parties to be come under the same flag. “Both RJP-N and FSF-N participated in the polls and our agenda is also same. Thus, we have to go for merger,” he added. He said Madhesi people wanted to see both the parties coming under the same flag. “It is very important to respect people’s sentiments,” Yadav stated.
Stating that statute had to be acceptable to all, Yadav held that his party would not accept the statute unless it was amended. He accused the major political parties of ignoring and bypassing their agenda of constitution amendment. He warned of staging stern agitation if the statute was not amended.
