BAGLUNG: An inebriated man killed his wife over a family dispute at Pandavkhani-9 in the district recently.

Nabin Bahadur Pun (29) hacked his wife Gautami Pun (33) over the family spat, police said.

Pun had attacked his wife in the neck with a sickle, inflicting fatal injury on her. She died on the way to a local health post at Hatiya, it has been learned.

Nabin has confessed to the killing under the influence of alcohol.
