JANAKPURDHAM: Police have arrested a middle-aged man and a 14-year-old girl from a guest house in Dhalkebar of Dhanusha district on Sunday.

According to spokesperson of Dhanusha District Police Office, DSP Nakul Pokharel, police nabbed Bikram Yadav (42), a permanent resident of Aurahi, Mahottari with the minor belonging to the same village from Shree Ram Guest House, Dhanusha today.

DSP Pokharel said they had caught both in a compromising situation. Therefore, both of them were sent for the medical test for further investigation, he added.

The operator of the guest house, Shree Ram Yadav, has also been arrested for further investigation.

Locals meanwhile have been blaming the Area Police Office nearby for joining hands with lodges and not taking action against wrongdoers in the area.
