Maoist Centre ministers should quit PM Deuba-led govt: Rana

KATHMANDU: The Chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Democratic Pashupati Shumsher Rana has said CPN-Maoist Centre ministers should quit PM Deuba-led government on morale grounds.

Speaking at an interaction programme in Bhaktapur on Thursday, leader Rana said remianing in the government even after forging alliance with opposition party by Maoist Centre was political dishonesty.

Referring the broad day light shooting at the FCAN President Gauchan in Kathmandu, Rana said the incident has unveiled security lapses at a time when the elections are at door steps.

The provincial and parliamentary elections are scheduled for November 26 and December 7 respectively.

Meanwhile, leader Rana has expressed belief that RPP and RPP-D would be merged within few days.
