Maoist govt soon: Dahal

BIRGUNJ: Unified CPN-Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' today said that attempts were underway to form a new government under the leadership of his party at the earliest.

Addressing a training of the cadres of Madhes Rajya Samiti in Birgunj, Dahal said, "Preparations are underway to form a government under the leadership of UCPN-M by dissolving the incumbent one."

He said that the Maoist agitation would continue in the streets and the parliament until civilian supremacy was established in the nation.

Stating that international communities were also supporting for a UCPN-M-led government, Dahal claimed that the new government under the leadership of the Maoist would be formed very soon.

Stating that there were no internal differences in opinion within the party, he directed all the party cadres to move forward in a united manner.

Addressing the same programme, vice-chairman Mohan Baidhya

‘Kiran’ directed his party cadres to move ahead as directed by the central committee.

Leaders Dr Baburam Bhattarai, Narayan Kaji Shrestha 'Prakash', Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' and Giriraj Mani Pokhrel, among others had also attended the training programme.

Cadres of Awadh, Bhojpura and Mithila Rajya Samitis under the Madhes Rajya Samiti had

participated in the training.
