Maoist cadres on Monday beat up six Dalits at Devipur VDC-9, Gauraha tole in Siraha district. Following a dispute with locals, Maoists beat up them.

“Some Maoist cadres beat up six Dalits, including women, without any reason,” said Shiv Kumar Sada at the Dalit settlement. The injured include Pramod Sada, Lattu Saday, Sufala Sada, Ram Kripal Sada, Shiv Kumar Mahato and Raj Lal Mahato, said Shiv Kumar Sada.
