KATHMANDU: The State Affairs and Good Governance Committee of the House of Representatives on Friday didn’t allow mediapersons to cover the meeting, saying it was confidential.

This is the third time SAGGC Chairperson Shashi Shrestha barred media persons from entering the meeting hall. The meeting was held to discuss Kathmandu-Tarai Fast-Track road project, which is being built by the Nepali Army.

SAGGC members are heading to Nijgad on December 17 for on-site monitoring of the progress on the project so far.
