NARAYANGARH: A local organisation padlocked the College of Medical Sciences in Chitwan on Friday. The Devghat chapter Bagishwori Protection Society padlocked CMS building situated in Bagishwori forest area in Bharatpur-1. The apex court had issued an order to shift the college building from the forest area on April 19, 1996. However, it has not been shifted yet. “As the building was not shifted despite the verdict, we were forced to padlock it,” said BPS chairman Keshav Acharya.
