Minister for Health and Population and vice-chairman of the Jana Morcha Nepal, Giriraj Mani Pokhrel, on Sunday said the Madhes problem was becoming complex due to the infiltration of pro-royalist and anti-democratic forces. “Failure to address the Madhes problem on time will invite more trouble,” he said. He blamed the NC for overshadowing the CA elections. —HNS
