BHOJPUR: A child died after a fire engulfed a house in Gautampur VDC of Sunsari on Tuesday.

According to the District Police Office, Sunsari, the deceased has been identified as four-year-old Ram Kumar Sah, son of Chandan Sah.

Police further said the fire that started from the kitchen of Jitendra Sah gutted two houses completely.

The fire was brought under control with the help of locals, police personnel and fire brigades
