KATHMANDU, APRIL 15
Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Nepal, Rob Fenn, paid a courtesy call on Minister for Education, Science and Technology Sasmit Pokharel at his office today.
During the meeting, the two discussed various aspects of Nepal–UK relations, with a focus on mutual cooperation and collaboration, according to the Minister's Private Secretariat.
Expressing sincere gratitude for the support extended by the UK government towards Nepal's educational development, Minister Pokharel requested assistance in establishing and operating schools for children with autism in all seven provinces.
On the occasion, the Minister also urged the UK Ambassador to extend support in strengthening both resource availability and human resource development for these schools.
