DHANGADHI: A teenager, who was missing for six days, was found dead at Jageda of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-12, on Tuesday.

The 16-year-old Anjali Singh was found buried in a pit near her alleged lover Hikmat Singh's house after being murdered, informed Kailali District Police Office Chief, Superintendent of Police Arjun Chand.

According to police, Anjali was reportedly staying at Hikmat's house and went missing on February 9.

Following a disappearance report filed by the girl's family, police found her body last night.

Police have arrested Hikmat for further investigation.
