HETAUDA: A motorcyclist died on the spot in a road accident that took place at Tintapke of the Hetauda-Narayagadh road section on Monday evening.

Krishna Moktan (28), a resident of Gogane VDC-8 in Makwanpur was heading towards Manahari from Hetauda when his motorcycle (Ba 49 Pa 4397) was hit by a truck (Na 4 Kha 3964) coming from the opposition direction, according to the District Police Office, Makwanpur.

The truck has been impounded while its driver has been taken into custody for necessary action, police said.
