DAMAULI: Police said a motorcyclist was seriously injured after his two-wheeler collided head-on with a car along the Prithvi Highway in Jamune VDC-4 of Tanahun district on Sunday.

The District Police Office said 40-year-old Ganga Bahadur Paudel from Nalang-3 of Dhading district sustained injuries as his bike (Ga 4 Pa 5186) collided with the car (Ba 14 Cha 1445) heading towards Pokhara from Damauli.

Meanwhile, the injured is receiving treatment at the Pokhara-based Manipal Teaching Hospital, added police.

Police said they have rounded up the car driver for further investigation.
