BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister of Province 1, Sherdhan Rai, has said that the capital and name of the province would be declared soon.

While addressing the Provincial Assembly meeting for the first time after his election to the post of the Chief Minister today, Minister Rai said, “Development of new infrastructures and fulfillment of the commitment to development and prosperity were the priorities of the provincial government.”

"Decisions regarding building corruption-free society, ending impunity and adopting zero tolerance policy to stop criminal incidents will be made."

He urged the Province Assembly members to devote themselves in maintaining good governance in their respective districts by making systematic plans.
