Yadav files case

KATHMANDU: Former member of the Constituent Assembly Matrika Prasad Yadav on Tuesday filed a case in the Supreme Court against the decision taken by CA chairman Subas Nembang to annul his membership. The CA chair took the decision in violation of the interim order issued by the Supreme Court, it is stated in the charge sheet.

KATHMANDU: Indian Minister

for External Affairs SM Krishna is arriving here on Friday on a three-day official visit at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sujata Koirala. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Koirala and Krishna will hold bilateral talks on issues of mutual interest. Krishna will also pay courtesy calls on President Dr Ram Baran Yadav, Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, CA chair Subas Chandra Nembang and other leaders.
