NC has opportunity for course correction: Spokesperson Sharma
SALYAN: Nepali Congress Spokesperson Bishow Prakash Sharma has stated that NC has got an opportunity for its course correction.
Addressing a programme of Nepal Teachers' Association in Salyan on Saturday, the NC spokesperson said that this was the best time for the NC to reform by sitting in opposition.
The NC leader accused the then CPN-UML of nullifying the people's multiparty democracy championed by Madan Bhandari after 25 years of his demise.
Urging the NC leaders not to worry just from the defeat in the polls, Sharma claimed that the communists have raised slogans only for popularity.
On the occasion, Sharma urged the Prime Minister to make serious comment on different subjects of national concern.
