DANG: Minister for Home Affairs Shakti Basnet said that the national consensus government with the participation of the Nepali Congress was essential for the implementation of the new Constitution.

While launching the Indreni News Portal in the district headquarters, Ghorahi today, Minister Basnet added that the NC's participation in the government would ease the process for the implementation of the Constitution as the party had played a vital role in promulgating it.
