NC leader Bimalendra Nidhi hospitalised
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Bimalendra Nidhi has been hospitalised and undergoing treatment at OM Hospital and Research Centre in Chahabil since yesterday night.
Leader Nidhi was admitted to the hospital at around 8:30 pm yesterday night after he complained of severe abdomen pain, according to his aide Ramjee Dahal.
Dr. Rahul Pathak at the Gastroenterology department in the hospital who is attending Nidhi informed that the leader is suffering from chronic gastritis problem.
He further said that an endoscopy test would be carried out tomorrow on Nidhi to diagnosis his case.
Meanwhile, Doctors attending Nidhi have suggested him to take rest for few days, according to Ramjee Dahal.
It has been learned that former DPM and Home Minister was about to leave for Terai district affected by floods triggered by torrential rainfall for last few days.
At least 111 persons have already lost their lives in the tragic incident and more than 35 others are reported missing and property worth Rs millions have been destroyed by floods and landslides across the nation.
