DHANGADI: A panel of Nepali Congress has emerged victorious in KI Singh Rural Municipality ward-1of Doti district.

Krishna Bahadur Bam, a NC candidate for the ward Chairperson secured 324 votes as against 157 votes  received by his nearest competitor Dabal Tirwa in June 28 local level polls.

Likewise, the NC candidates Saru Vul and Geeta Shahi are elected as Dalit woman with 324 votes and woman candidate with 321 votes respectively.

Similarly, Dev Kami and Bhakta Rawal of Nepali Congress are elected as ward members with 314 and 317 votes respectively.
