KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress parliamentary party (PP) today decided to hold election for its PP leader and members on Sunday.

The party decided to hold the PP polls one year after the Constituent Assembly election was held. A meeting of the election committee, headed by Ananda Prasad Dhungana, fixed the date for the election.

The election will select parliamentary party leader, deputy leader, one member each from five development regions and 12 members under the provision of inclusiveness.
