After the decision to hold constituent assembly polls in mid-April, Nepal Congress (NC) has urged Nepalis living in India to return home before the polls. NC leader Sukraraj Sharma, attending the sixth general convention of Nepal Janasamparka Committee said on Sunday, “We urge Nepalis to return to their country a month ahead of polls to ensure maximum voter turnout.” Sharma said NC had formed panels in 75 districts to help people living in India return home.
