Nepal, China to work on civil aviation
Kathmandu, August 16:
Nepal and China have agreed to work out modalities for cooperation in the development of the civil aviation sector through diplomatic ties. This decision was made after China agreed to extend cooperation to the development of civil aviation sector of Nepal following discussions between the foreign minister Ramesh Nath Pandey and Chinese minister for civil aviation Yang Yuanyuan in Beijing today. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ministers “discussed ways and means to promote bilateral cooperation in the field of civil aviation.” On the occasion, minister Pandey expressed deep appreciation for China’s continued support in Nepal’s development efforts, a statement issued by the Royal Nepalese Embassy in Beijing said.
