Nepal condemn terrorist attack in Manchester

KATHMANDU: The Government of Nepal on Tuesday has strongly condemned the terrorist attack during a music concert in Manchester of United Kingdom in which 19 lives were lost.

According to a press statement issued, Minister for Foreign Affairs Prakash Sharan Mahat, in a letter to his British counterpart Boris Johnson, expressed solidarity with the British government and bereaved families of the victims and wished for speedy recovery of the injured.

Stating that the act was inhuman, Minister Mahat further hoped that the culprits involved in the incident would be booked soon.

He further committed to stand by the government and citizens of UK in the hour of tragic terrorist attack.
