Secretary to the Indian External Affairs Ministry Shiv Shankar Menon has said Nepal is moving forward in a balanced way despite it being in the double transition phase.

“Nepal is in transition phase and it is well balanced. It is moving towards its goal without any trouble,” he said this at an interaction organised by the Observer Research Foundation here today.

“Interim government constituted last week is an example of this,” he added.
