KHOTANG: A migrant Nepali worker in Malaysia was found dead on his bed on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as 27-year-old Mahendra Kumar Rai of Bopung-2, Khotang.

According to a neighbour, Raj Kumar Basnet, Rai was completely fine the previous day as found during a phone conversation with his family.

Rai was working as a labourer for the past 14 months in Jalan of Malaysia.

He was found dead by his friends, who who had gone to wake him up thinking he was sleeping till late morning.

Basnet also informed that a request is being made to bring his body back to the country.
