KATHMANDU: The Constitutional Council headed by Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has scheduled a meeting for Monday to select new Chief Justice. Speaker Subas Chandra Nembang, an ex-officio member of the CC, told The Himalayan Times that most probably the meeting would recommend Anup Raj Sharma as new CJ. Sharma is senior most justice of the apex court. Chief Justice Rayamajhi will retire on December 12. — HNS
