Hearing on the petitions against House dissolution will not be held on Tuesday.
On Monday, Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana announced to the Constitutional Bench that there would be no hearing on Tuesday due to death of former SC justice Indra Raj Pandey.
A leave for mourning former justice of the court was stated as the reason for no-hearings on the day.
Following a volley of writ petitions against the Prime Minister's move to dissolve the House of Representatives, the bench has been conducting hearings on the case since January 5.
Defendants had argued in favour of PM KP Sharma's move on House dissolution on Monday.
