Nepalis in India pay courtesy call on Prez Bhandari

RAJKOT/GUJARAT: A section of nonimmigrant Nepalis called on President Bidya Devi Bhandari in Gujarat, on the fourth day of her state visit to India, this morning.

The Nepalis currently living in India paid courtesy call on the President at Hotel Imperial in Gujarat.

President Bhandari is set to observe industrial corridor at Rajkot of Gujarat – the main industrial State of India – today itself.

Likewise, the President is scheduled to travel to Odisha State after observing Gopal Milk Dairy here.

Meanwhile, Nepali Ambassador to India Deep Kumar Upadhya had briefed the visiting delegation members with review of the President's state visit this morning.

President Bhandari who is on five-day state visit to India upon the invitation of her Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee, is accompanied by a high-level 33-member Nepali delegation.

The President would return home tomorrow.
