CHITWAN: Vehicular movement obstructed along the Narayangadh-Muglin road section since early morning today following landslide has resumed from 8:50 am.

The transportation was obstructed after the landslide debris blocked the road at Charkilo of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-6 in Chitwan district.

According to the District Police Office, the landslide occurred at night and the route remained partially open with the vehicles using a single lane until 3:00 am, but came to halt from 4:00 am.

Landslide had taken place at seven different places between Muglin and Jalbire.

The debris was removed with the help of dozers.

The mudslides in the road section have become a common factor as the road is currently under expansion.
