CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has stated that his party envisions a prosperous Nepal and believes that the active participation of other societal classes, in addition to the UML, is essential to realizing this vision.
Speaking at the 10th district convention of CPN (UML) in Garuda, Rautahat district, Oli argued that a UML-led government is necessary to fulfill the people's aspirations for prosperity.
He also accused the incumbent government of showing insincerity towards the concerns of the people.
UML leaders Yogesh Bhattarai, Raghubir Mahaseth, and others addressed the inaugural session. The convention is set to conclude on Friday with the election of a new working committee.
