Civilians’ killing flayed

Kathmandu: The UN has condemned the recent killing of civilians. “The UN condemns the brutal murders reported in Kailali of family members of police officers and Armed Police Force personnel,” said a press statement issued by UNICEF on behalf of UNO on Friday. JANAKPURDHAM: A Maoist was kil-led at Thera Kachuri VDC, Dhanus-ha on Friday. Police said Maoists attacked a patrol team, which retalieated and killed the Maoist identified as Bishnu Dev Yadav, 28. — HNS
