BHOJPUR: A woman delivered a baby while attending the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) chance exam in Bhojpur on Friday.

According to the District Education Office, Bhojpur, Mina Sharpa, a student of the Janodaya Higher Secondary School in Kot, delivered the baby at her exam centre in Yasodhara Higher Secondary School in Taksar.

It has been learnt that Sherpa was taken outside the exam room after she suffered labour pain all of a sudden.

The DEO said the students appeared the exam of Mathematics today.
