BHOJPUR: A person died after being hit by a tipper in Sunsari on Thursday. Forty-five-year-old Dipak Bahadur Niraula of Inaruwa municipality-2 died after a tipper hit the motorbike he was riding in Ramdhuni-Bhadgaun-Sinawari municipality-4 along the east-west highway.

According to the police, severely injured Niraula breathed his last at the district hospital in Inaruwa in course of treatment.

Police have impounded the vehicle and detained the driver.
