KATHMANDU:  A man died after a bus hit a bike he was riding on at Bangsing in Syangja district on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as pillion rider Chhetra Bahadur KC (49) of Setidobhan-7 in the district.

The incident occurred at around 5 pm yesterday.

Police said that they have impounded the bike (Ga 1 Kha 3167) and arrested its rider for investigation.
