BANEPA: One person was killed in a road accident at Kashikhanda Municipality in the Kavrepalanchok district on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Krishna Bahadur Kshetri (59) of the district.

The accident took place when Kshetri fell from the vehicle (Ba 2 Kha 8712) en route to Dharapani from Kankre at the place, police said.

Police have impounded the vehicle and arrested the driver for further action.
