KATHMANDU: A person died while three others were injured after a jeep met with an accident in Madhupatti-9 of Saptari district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as jeep driver Laxmi Subedi of Madhuban-5.

The driver had lost control over the vehicle (Ko 1 Ja 8900) and subsequently the vehicle had turned turtle.

The incident took place at around 7 am today.

Two of the injured including the driver had been taken to the Biratnagar-based Neuro Hospital, but Subedi breathed his last during treatment

Two others are being treated in Lahan of Siraha, according to police.
