Jhapa, November 8:

Spokesman of the Nepali Congress, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, said the political parties are planning to demand reinstatement of the House of Representatives, which would hold talks with the Maoists and form an interim government to go for a constituent assembly.

He said this while addressing the meeting of the NC Jhapa at Baniyani VDC in Jhapa today.

He also informed that the parties are holding talks with the Maoists and have demanded end to violence, allowing the parties to organise programmes in the villages and create atmosphere of trust.
