Paudel assures Nepali Congress won't topple govt

MORANG: Nepali Congress (NC) Vice-President Ram Chandra Paudel on Friday said that his party was not in favour of replacing the incumbent government.

Talking to mediapersons at the Biratnagar Airport today, he claimed that the party was playing a constructive role from the opposition side.

In a different context, the leader said that the NC always wanted to resolve the Madhes crisis through talks.

“The issue of the demarcation of federal units should be dealt with through discussions at the political level and Madhes problems should be resolved through an amendment to the Constitution,” he said.
