POKHARA: Security forces on Sunday allegedly manhandled a local photo journalist while he was taking pictures of Beni bazaar, destroyed by the Maoists, in Myagdi district. Keshav Sharan Lamichhane, after arriving in Pokhara on Monday, said he was taken to the RNA barracks and manhandled by an RNA major saying he would be thrown into the river. — HNS
