Chulachuli: Registration of Maoist People’s Liberation Army (PLA) soldiers and locking up of their arms at the PLA’s First Division headquarters here concluded on Saturday.

The registration of 3,300 PLA soldiers in the main as well as three sub-camps of the division has ended, Maoist military secretary of the headquarters Naresh said. A 12-member team led by UN supervisor Inca Marc completed the work of registering PLA soldiers and locking up their arms. The team also included representatives and supervisors of the UNDP and UNICEF.
