JANAKPURDHAM: Speakers at a programme stressed on to fulfill the demands for proper livelihood of the persons with disabilities in the new constitution. Speaking at an interaction today organized by the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Janakpur Regional Office and Nepal Disabled Association, Dhanusha chapter, speakers said lack of real statistics and proper mechanisms to address the problems of physically challenged people, lack of basic education and proper laws including others were the challenges of the persons with disabilities.
