KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Wednesday sent a message of condolence to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the loss of precious lives in the terrorist attack on Pathankot airbase in India that took place on January 2.

In this hour of grief, PM Oli extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies to PM Modi and through him to the bereaved families.

In his message, PM Oli condemned the terrorist attacks and reiterated that Nepal holds the view that terrorism must be firmly and resolutely dealt with wherever and whenever it takes place, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned in a statement issued on Wednesday.
