KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 5
Prime Minister Sushila Karki has called an all-side meeting for 4 pm today to discuss preparations for the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5, according to the PM's Secretariat.
Press Coordinator Ram Bahadur Rawal said leaders from major parties, including Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, Nepali Communist Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, and Rastriya Swatantra Party, have been invited. Representatives of Gen Z groups, security agencies, and the Election Commission will also attend.
The government has been holding regular consultations with stakeholders ahead of the elections to the House of Representatives and National Assembly. The Election Commission has already published the election schedule, and political parties have begun their election activities.
